Soon after returning from deployment, I found myself having a hard time concentrating, sleeping, and remembering recent conversations or tasks. I found myself to be irritable and generally unpleasant to be around. My tinnitus was noticeably affecting my day and mood as well. I had little motivation to do anything, and I often found it more comforting to stay at home by myself than to go out and interact with friends or family. In general, I wasn’t the person who I normally am nor the one that I strive to be.

I went through several doctor’s appointments to understand what was affecting my mood and general demeanor, and nothing seemed to help. They  prescribed various medications, and given hearing aids and sleeping aides. I changed up my workout routines and methods to include mindfulness meditation but to no avail. Because of my frustrations and anxiety, I found myself turning to alcohol. I was reaching a point of hopelessness and despair.

Luckily, a friend of mine knew of BTC and told me of the benefits. Admittedly, I was skeptical, but at that point, I was willing to try anything. Little did I know, it was the exact answer that I was looking for, and the one I needed. My tinnitus is much, much better. I am able to concentrate for longer periods of time without distraction, and my memory has significantly improved. I have returned to enjoying the little things in life and enjoy getting out and being active again. How TRICARE Coverage Works

We can help you with the entire process and completing an insurance form.

TRICARE West caters to the western US and presents three insurance tiers: TRICARE Prime, TRICARE Reserve, and TRICARE Select.

For TRICARE Prime: Obtain a referral from your primary care provider, along with the requisite Letter of Attestation, to initiate Depression treatment with us. We’re here to facilitate this process.

TRICARE Reserve and TRICARE Select: No referral from your primary care provider is necessary for Depression treatment.
